In keeping with the Moss Agate jag lately, these evergreen trees are ready to dangle from your ears. The Oregon Moss Agate from the Ochoco Mountains is so full of dendrites (mossing) that they look like a couple of pretty emeralds at first glance. Left backless so the light can shine through, you can see the detailed filigree of excitement within. Hammered Sterling Silver and fine Silver hold these stones in contemporary but earthy fashion and flash.
The back of both stones is cut out to let the light through the stones and bring you closer to them. Sterling Silver posts with a Fine Silver base keep these on the hypo allergenic side and comfort backs hold them securely to your ears. All of the stones were sourced in Oregon, hand polished, and the setting fabricated from scratch by Karen Britt. All the metals used are either recycled or fair, humane trade verified and all components used in the jewelry will return to the earth leaving no footprint. Thank you for enjoying the art.
