This Thunder Egg Agate came from a Thunder Egg that Karen and Steve Britt dug out of Richardson’s Ranch Priday Bed. Karen cut and polished the 5mm cabochon, with love, for this ring. The gem is set in a fine silver bezel sitting on a copper hammered ring band. The copper is luxuriously polished to a liquid looking shine for both aesthetics and very comfortable wear. It can be worn alone or would love to be stacked, it’ll go with everything because of the mixed metals! This ring will ‘patina’ and will also be easily brought back to its original luster with a cleaning and/or polishing cloth. Karen never seals the copper (you don’t want your skin in contact with those chemicals!), some find the copper to be therapeutic, and also watching the ‘mood ring’ effect of the different patina hues is exciting! This piece was fabricated from scratch by Karen Britt. Each piece is a one of a kind piece of art, because no two stones are the same and the settings are created by hand, no two pieces are the same (even the earrings). It should be mentioned that all stones are used in their natural state; never dyed or heated to change their appearance. All the metals used are either recycled or fair, humane trade verified and all components used in the jewelry will return to the earth leaving no footprint. Thank you for enjoying the art.

We ship ASAP. Most of the time, we can get your package into the mail next day (and up to 3 business days). We use priority USPS and they’ve been consistent in delivery time (usually a day to a week travel time depending on where you are). As aforementioned, you’ll have a tracking number so you can anticipate the arrival.
