Crimson dendrites cruise through blue-green milky agate to create a unique and special Oregon gemstone. Like Monet’s paintings, the ‘mossing’ and agate blends in the eye and lends a purple cast in some places. The Crystal Opal from Australia was selected for its similar color-play from its ocean green base hue to its brilliant red flash. These gems reside in a fine silver setting and a Sterling Silver size S/M cuff for your wrist.
The cuff style bracelet body is hammered 18 gauge Sterling Silver 6.5 inches flat or size Small-Medium. The stone was sourced in the Southern Ochoco Mountains of Oregon, hand polished, and the setting fabricated from scratch by Karen Britt. Each piece is a one of a kind piece of art, because no two stones are the same and the settings are created by hand, no two pieces are the same (even the earrings). It should be mentioned that all stones are used in their natural state; never dyed or heated to change their appearance. All the metals used are either recycled or fair, humane trade verified and all components used in the jewelry will return to the earth leaving no footprint. Thank you for enjoying the art.
