Purple is certainly a passion presently! The lower stone is an eggplant and dusty purple from a Thunder Egg that I found towards the beginning of my Oregon rock hounding days. The fact that it’s purple and ‘old stock’ for me makes it precious. It’s detailed with clear/blue/purple Agate running through dusty purple jasper, so unique. The upper stone is rare Holley Blue Agate, that is actually very lavender that a friend gave me, the perfect lightness to the thunder.
The Thunder Egg and Holley Blue Agates are left open backed in their Fine Silver settings to let the light shine through. The Fine Silver is stacked and sculpted to create the topography around the stones. The bail loops are Sterling Silver as well as the hook and loop closure on the 3.5mm Greek leather cord. These stones were sourced in Oregon, hand polished, and the setting fabricated from scratch by Karen Britt. Each piece is a one of a kind piece of art, because no two stones are the same and the settings are created by hand, no two pieces are the same (even the earrings). It should be mentioned that all stones are used in their natural state; never dyed or heated to change their appearance. All the metals used are either recycled or fair, humane trade verified and all components used in the jewelry will return to the earth leaving no footprint. Thank you for enjoying the art.

We ship ASAP. Most of the time, we can get your package into the mail next day (and up to 3 business days). We use priority USPS and they’ve been speedy in delivery time ahead of the holidays (usually 1 to 4 business days travel time depending on where you are). As aforementioned, you’ll have a tracking number so you can anticipate the arrival.
