Green Moss Agate Topography
Green Moss Agate Topography
This ring is reminiscent of a suspended water thriving with green life surrounded by shimmering current. The two tone, Forest Green and Spring Green Moss Agate from Central Oregon is a fantastically deep dome, large cabochon showing off great detail growing through clear agate. It is set in Fine Silver with the undulating Fine Silver around it hand carved to create the topography. The Sterling Silver, two-into-one band fits a size 8.5 lucky finger to sport this statement ring.
The Moss Agate is left open backed in its Fine Silver and setting to let the light shine through. The base of the ring is hand carved Fine Silver and the band is 18 gauge Sterling Silver for durability. This stone was sourced in Oregon, hand polished, and the setting fabricated from scratch by Karen Britt. Each piece is a one of a kind piece of art, because no two stones are the same and the settings are created by hand, no two pieces are the same (even the earrings). It should be mentioned that all stones are used in their natural state; never dyed or heated to change their appearance. All the metals used are either recycled or fair, humane trade verified and all components used in the jewelry will return to the earth leaving no footprint. Thank you for enjoying the art.
