Here’s a chameleon-like Thunder Egg gemstone from the Blue Bed in Central Oregon. When worn and viewed under normal lighting, it’s got striations of light to darkly tinted blue and earth-tone agate. When in bright light and back-lit, the stone shows off light undulations of warmth. The back is left open on this stone so your skin or clothing further tints the stone. Enveloped in a Fine Silver Setting, this is both a cool and hot piece of jewelry to rock.
This pendant comes on a 1.5 mm Greek Leather cord, measuring about 18 inches, and is held to your neck with a hand made Sterling Silver hook and loop clasp. The stone was found in Oregon, hand polished, and the setting fabricated from scratch by Karen Britt. All the metals used are either recycled or fair, humane trade verified and all components used in the jewelry will return to the earth leaving no footprint. Thank you for enjoying the art.
