Seriously glowing rays of light that dangle joyfully from your ears, these lovely Oregon Sunstone earrings are a sunshiny compliment to any outfit. Three champagne, tumble polished sunstones hang from each hammered Sterling Silver ‘swing’ maximizing the simple grace and the glimmer.
These dangles are swinging with fun and have both a contemporary simplicity with a rustic aesthetic. Built of Sterling Silver and Oregon Sunstones, they catch light in both cool and warm neutral hues that go with everything you wear. Author’s Note: ‘As soon as I started making this style of earring, I knew I had to make a pair for myself, and I did!’. Each earring sports three tumble polished Oregon Champagne Sunstones from Eastern Oregon strewn on sterling silver wire, swinging from hammered sterling silver. The earring wires are sterling silver and end in a ball termination, repeating the theme of the swings. The earring body is about 38mm long or about 1.5 inches and hangs about 2 inches (or roughly 52mm) from the hole of your ear.
The best part is that these are effortlessly light for the amount of space they cover and attention they command. Each earring is about 2.8 grams and for reference, a penny is 2.5 grams and a nickel is 5 grams.
