From Emerald tendrils to light green ‘moss’ this high dome cabochon has it all. The clear agate transitions to cloudy in both fortification lines and waterline! The back is left open on this gem so you can admire it backlit whenever you please. Shining Fine and Sterling Silver make up the setting while Patinated Copper serves as the body and bracelet chain. These hues of Moss Agate are perfectly contrasted with the colors of the copper in this plant growth and earthen inspired piece.
Good Oregon Moss Agate cannot be beat for character and visual intensity. This piece has plenty of space in the clear agate to see the tendrils of ‘moss’ threading through the gem. The dome of the cabochon is high so there’s plenty of ‘deep agate’ to gaze into. The back is left open in the setting so you can see through the stone and enjoy the details to the fullest. The stone itself is about 20mm x 15mm x 5mm, set in Fine Silver, while patinated copper provides the body of the piece. Sterling Silver reaches to the Viking Weave bracelet spanning about 34mm. The hook and loop closure is on one side of the Sterling span so the bracelet continues all the way around the wrist uninterrupted. The bracelet measures about 20.5 cm or 8 inches in length and the chain is about 5mm in diameter. This would be considered a medium/large sized bracelet with a loose, soft bangle (banglet) style fit.
This piece was fabricated from scratch by Karen Britt. Each piece is a one of a kind piece of art, because no two stones are the same and the settings are created by hand, no two pieces are the same (even the earrings). It should be mentioned that all stones are used in their natural state; never dyed or heated to change their appearance. All the metals used are either recycled or fair, humane trade verified and all components used in the jewelry will return to the earth leaving no footprint. Thank you for enjoying the art.

We use priority USPS and they’ve been consistent in delivery time ahead of the holidays (usually a week travel time depending on where you are).
